Latinos love Capias. Capias are sort of like handmade corsages/pin-on souvenirs. Capias serve as party favors. They are usually made out of tulle and a porcelain/ceramic figure glued on the ribbon (cinta). The cinta has event's title/date printed on it. Rarely used today. Although, the more traditional Latinos still use them. Capias are quite popular from baby showers to bridal showers (ceramic penis anyone?). Guests love to keep them as keepsake.
